I woke up feeling pretty sore from training for a 5k. Running certainly doesn't come easy to me, and my muscles are definitely complaining about it! I figured a nice soak with some bath salts might do the trick.

I went with Beach in a Bottle from Fortune Cookie Soap's Quarter Quell collection. I was excited to try this since it smells so amazingly clean and beachy! I feel like I'm sitting on sand somewhere dipping my toes into the water. I was not disappointed! I used just a tiny bit, and it still made my water smell amazing! The scent had some serious lasting power and the salt was so soothing for my muscles.
I would still love to see this as a laundry detergent, but until that comes true, I might have to stock up on this! Quarter Quell collection will only be around for a little while longer so buy it while you can!
